Walking and Talking

We’re Open: A Gentle Space for Counselling and Support

After many years in mental health care, I’m opening my counselling practice to offer a space of calm, understanding, and collaboration. Grounded in pluralistic principles, this is a place to pause, reflect, and find what feels most supportive for you.y background spans years of working alongside people facing a wide range of emotional, social, and psychological challenges. Those experiences have taught me that no single approach works for everyone — and that meaningful change often begins when we are truly heard, without pressure or judgement. In this counselling space, you can expect warmth, curiosity, and a shared exploration of what matters most to you.

Pluralistic counselling is built on the belief that there are many ways to heal and grow. Together, we can draw from different ideas and methods — from talking through experiences and emotions, to exploring practical steps, creative techniques, or simply holding space for what feels too big to put into words. The aim is always the same: to work together in a way that fits you, at your pace, in your language.

If you’re looking for a space to slow down, be understood, and explore what might help you move forward, you’re very welcome here.
